Accurpress has manufactured press brakes in North America since 1973, building a reputation for reliability, functionality, serviceability, and operator-friendly design. Accurpress has more than 22,000 press brake machines sold and a lineup spanning 40 tons to 3,000+ tons across standard hydraulic press brakes, servo pump hydraulic press brakes, and hybrid servo-electric drive press brake configurations.

Capital Machine Technologies is an authorized Accurpress press brake dealer offering the full hydraulic press brake lineup of Accurpress Advantage, Accell-E, Accell-U, and Accell-HT. We feature Accurpress press brakes under power at five showroom locations in Tampa, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; Indianapolis, Indiana; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where buyers can evaluate machines before purchasing. Unlike other press brake dealers, Capital Machine offers new Accurpress press brake machines backed by a factory warranty with professional installation, operator training, and lifetime service across our 22-state territory.

Accurpress Press Brake Line Up

Accell E Press Brake: This press brake is the complete package. A high-quality build, an impressive number of features and options, competitive pricing and advanced controls, this is your first choice in machine technology. The Accell E is a high-performance hydraulic press brake designed for precision fabrication. It is available from 75 tons to 500 tons. This press brake features synchronized Y1/Y2 closed-loop hydraulics, advanced Vision control systems, and premium back gauging for high accuracy and productivity.

This press brake is used for precision metal bending and forming, and specifically designed for high-volume production, complex geometries, and off-center bending. It is used across the automotive, aerospace, and general manufacturing industries to bend mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with high repeatability.

Accurpress HT Press Brake: Features rugged builds, oversized components, and powerful gauging devices. These machines are tough and durable and will stand up to any forming challenge. If you want to bend something big, this is the machine. The HT model stands for High Tonnage.

This heavy-duty, hydraulic metal-bending machine is designed for massive forming, generally ranging from 650 tons to more than 3,000 tons. These robust machines are used in heavy fabrication for tasks like thick plate bending, and they can be installed in tandem for large-scale operations. They are utilized by heavy fabrication shops, structural steel processors, and industrial job shops specializing in large-scale bending.

Accell U Package: This is an optional performance enhancement for the Accurpress Accell-E press brake, transforming it into the U model for increased functionality and faster productivity. This specialized machine can handle any forming challenge or production run with ease.

Some of its features are doubling the bending speed, a Vision Control screen upgrade with a PC interface, and increased ram stroke/open height for handling complex, high-production metal forming jobs. This hydraulic press brake is used by fabrication shops for high-precision, high-speed, and complex metal bending tasks.
It is utilized for diverse manufacturing needs, including automotive and aerospace components, offering, increased productivity, speed, and heavy-duty tonnage capabilities from 175 tons to 500+ tons.

Advantage Rocker Arm Press Brake: This is a hydraulic press brake designed for reliable, high-precision metal forming across a wide range of tonnages. It is used for bending and forming sheet metal and heavy plate across various fabrication industries. Using a unique double rocker arm design, it offers exceptional ram/bed parallelism, high repeat accuracy, and durability for both thin sheet metal and heavy fabrication applications.

The Rocker Arm has stood the test of time with thousands of machines shipped all over North America in a variation of tonnages from low to high and special customizations made to maximize and facilitate forming jobs in sheet metal and heavy plate applications.

Capital Machine sets itself apart from other vendors with our post-purchase support. We are a dealer, service provider, and value-added distributor that not only has the top-of-the-line press brake machines for sale, but we also provide comprehensive services that keep equipment working. CNC Controls That Match Your Operator’s Skill Level: ETS3000 and Vision

Accurpress offers two computer numerical control (CNC) press brake control tiers: the ETS3000 and the Vision. Each offers different capabilities for varying use cases. The ETS3000 has touchscreen capabilities and a programming option called Teach Mode for manual machine position capture via a high-resolution
17″ touch screen.

Vision is a ground-breaking and revolutionary software that streamlines and automates press brake programming with full 3D part import, bend visualization, and dynamic viewing.

Choosing the right control for your shop’s CNC press brake depends on production complexity. Shops running simple repetitive bends will benefit from the ETS3000’s lower cost and faster learning curve. Shops handling complex multi-bend parts with tight tolerances will benefit from Vision’s 3D simulation to reduce trial-and-error setup time.

Capital Machine provides operator training and programming training at our five technology centers, ensuring teams can fully utilize whichever control system they select from basic ETS3000 operation to advanced Vision 3D offline programming.

Which Accurpress Hydraulic Press Brake Fits Your Production Environment?

The Accurpress Advantage is another popular, hydraulic press brake designed for reliable, high-precision metal bending. It offers versatile, functionality and is a cost-effective solution for diverse fabrication needs. It is known for its durable construction, advanced CNC controls (either Vision or ETS 3000), and high repeatability.

Capital Machine’s equipment specialists can evaluate your material mix, production volume, tolerance requirements, and budget to recommend the right Accurpress configuration. We have machines under power at five showrooms where buyers can test-bend actual materials before committing to a press brake purchase.

Installation, Training, and Lifetime Service for Your Accurpress

Capital Machine manages the complete installation process from pre-delivery site preparation documentation through press brake machine leveling, hydraulic system commissioning, control system calibration, and final operator sign-off.

Every Accurpress press brake purchase includes operator training with optional advanced programming training, conducted at one of our five regional technology centers, or on-site at the buyer’s facility (additional charge). This helps ensure production teams are confident and productive from day one.

Post-installation, Capital Machine’s 53-member service department and 43 factory trained field service engineers provide the largest dedicated service staff of any metal fabrication equipment distributor in the South. We have service trucks stocked with critical Accurpress press brake parts to minimize downtime across our 22-state service territory.
