Laser Cutting Head
The PeddiLaser employs a specialized laser cutting head designed with a 0-contact automatic height tracking system which enables the cutting head to adjust its height automatically in response to deviations in material without affecting cutting performance, enhancing response speed and processing efficiency.
Robust Machine Frame
The rigid machine base crafted from high-quality steel plate undergoes a meticulous secondary aging treatment to guarantee the machine’s shock resistance and stability.
Dust Filtration and Collection
The PeddiLaser adopts a 16-section partitioned dust collection design used to properly ventilate dust and other waste created during cutting processes. This system paired with a Donaldson dust collector creates a safe working environment for operators.
Control System
Control of the PeddiLaser is carried out by a modern CNC control unit. The intuitive and easy-to-use interface allows for real-time control of laser cutting processes via Smart Manager Software at your fingertips.
