GEKA Punching shears with 2 cylinders and 5 workstations, unique on the market, they have a bending station integrated into the machine.


Metal fabricators and construction companies often have to perform simple bending operations. GEKA has developed the BENDICROP 85 SD model which, in addition to the cutting, punching and notching stations, holds a permanently fitted bending station with a capacity of up to 7 7/8×9/16″ GEKA’s exclusive Bendicrop 85 SD is a dual cylinder machine with 5 working stations:

  • Punching station. More powerful, 19 11/16″ extended throat
  • Flat bars shearing
  • Bending station
  • Triangular notching station
  • Round and square bars shearing station

Furthermore, it is fitted with a system to reduce deformation when shearing flat bars.
There are two different versions of this model: S, (11 13/16″ throat) and SD (19 11/16″ throat)
Bendicrop 85 SD comes with the standard hydraulic hold-down system for angles profiles and flat bar cutting stations:
It’s a hydraulic special device, which guarantees that the material being cut remains perfectly static during the shearing operation.
